Pilgrim Pinpoints

1. Passover — landed on *April 21/22 in 2024 — in the evening at the start of the 14th day of the first month Nissan, where the blood of the substitute lamb marked the door, causing the angel of death to pass over. Lev 23:5 Ez 45:21

2. Feast of Unleavened Bread — *April 22/23, 2024 — a seven day festival beginning on the 15th day of the first month, where all leaven is purged from the house and unleavened bread is eaten instead. On the day after the sabbath day during this feast (Sunday), there is a wave-sheaf ceremony of the first cut sheaf of grain (barley, not wheat yet). This event kicks off the 50 day count for the tithe/first fruits feasts to follow. Lev 23:7-14 Ez 45:21 Josh 5:10

>>> 3. Pentecost/Feast of New Grain (wheat) — *June 21, 2024 — celebrated on the day after the sabbath that comes 50 days after the wave sheaf is offered during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Two loaves of leavened, fine flour bread were to be brought out of your home and offered as first fruits to the Lord, along with five other animal sacrifices that the priests would wave, with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before the Lord. Lev 23:15-21 After the exodus, in the third month, "Moses went up unto God" at Mount Sinai on what may have been this 50 day mark, and the blueprint for heaven on earth was downloaded. Ex 19:3  Also, the NT may imply that the Lord ascended into heaven on this 50 day mark, after “being seen of them forty days.”

>>> 3b. 2nd Pentecost/Feast of New Wine — *August 13, 2024 — celebrated 50 days after the two loaves are waved before the Lord. Not outlined in the Torah, although this may have been the event that was referred to after Moses delayed up on the mount, when Aaron made the molten calf and proclaimed, "Tomorrow is a feast to the LORD... and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play." Three thousand souls fell as a result. Ex 32  The NT may imply that the Holy Spirit was poured out on this 50 day mark, causing men to act like they were “full of new wine.” Three thousand souls were saved as a result. Acts 2

>>> 3c. 3rd Pentecost/Feast of New Oil — *September 22, 2024 — celebrated 50 days after the tithe of the New Wine offering. Immediately following the Oil Festival is six days of wood offering. Not outlined in the Torah.

(Scripture is elusive in regards to the 150 days of harvesting and offering tithes/first fruits. The Essene writings in the Dead Sea scrolls elaborate much of the calendar events. See https://www.thetorah.com/article/the-three-shavuot-festivals-of-qumran-wheat-wine-and-oil )

4. Yom Teruah/Day of Shouting aka Feast of Trumpets — *October 1/3, 2024 — commences three days after the first fruits and wood offering is concluded, on the first day of the 7th month, Tishrei.

5. Day of Atonement

6. Feast of Booths

7. Eighth Day — celebrated immediately after the seven-day Feast of Booths.

*These dates are highly debated within various Judaic circles, depending on which calendar is followed. The dates are not my concern, as “it is not for you to know the times and seasons,” they are merely a reference for what time of year these events took place, agriculturally.
